All users of the website www.sailorsfeast.com are subject to our Terms & Conditions. We strongly recommend that you carefully read these Terms & Conditions, which specify the conditions under which our products and services are provided.
PROVIDER OF SERVICE
The provider of products and services available at www.sailorsfeast.com is Sailor’s Feast d.o.o., located at Ul. Ivana Meštrovića 35, 10 360 Sesvete, Croatia. VAT ID: 42509895972.
USERS OF WEB SITE
This website offers alcoholic beverages for sale. In compliance with Croatian law, all clients must be 18 years of age or older to purchase these products.
PRICING
All products are priced and listed in European euros (EUR).
SHOPPING AND PURCHASING
Orders can be placed via the internet or directly through email. To place an order, simply select your preferred box, proceed to checkout, and enter the required contact information, the number of people on board, the name of the boat, the name of the charter, the name of the marina, and the preferred date and time for delivery.
Please note that Sailor’s Feast offers delivery to the following Croatian marinas:
- Marina Baotić, Seget Donji
- Marina Kaštela, Kaštel Gomilica
- Marina Trogir SCT, Trogir
Clients select from our range of boxes, add them to their cart, and then proceed to checkout where they are required to enter their personal information to ensure the delivery of the products ordered. After entering delivery details, clients are redirected to a payment gateway provided by our online payment processing partner, Viva.com (https://www.viva.com/en-eu), where they are prompted to input their card details to charge and confirm the order. Once the charge is processed, clients receive a confirmation of their order. Clients will be issued a final invoice for their purchase on provided email. Payments can also be made by transferring directly to the bank account.
After placing an order, clients will receive an order confirmation via email containing all necessary details such as products, quantities, prices, delivery costs, and the time and location of delivery. It is crucial that clients review all order details to prevent any potential errors.
COSTS AND OTHER TERMS OF DELIVERY
Delivery is offered at no additional charge for all packages. To ensure timely delivery, orders must be placed at least 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
RETURNS AND RECLAMATIONS
In the event of a merchandise return, clients are required to submit a justified reclamation to Sailor’s Feast d.o.o. via email, phone, or in written form. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Receiving a product that was not ordered.
- Receiving a product whose shelf life has expired.
- Receiving a product that has a defect or was damaged prior to transportation.
Clients are obligated to inspect the delivered products for any damages upon receipt. Additionally, clients must verify that the delivered items match the contents listed on their invoice. If any product is found to be missing, damaged, or past its shelf life, clients are required to report these issues to the delivery personnel immediately. This step is crucial as we do not accept reclamations after delivery.
The delivery personnel will document any complaints or discrepancies in the delivery, and this record will include the customer’s signature. In cases where a product cannot be substituted, Sailor’s Feast d.o.o. will reimburse the customer for the value of the products that were not delivered as ordered.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may cancel their orders without penalty within 24 hours of placing them, provided that the order has not already been dispatched for delivery. To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team via email at info@sailorsfeast.com or by calling our support line listed on our contact page.
If you wish to cancel your order after the 24-hour window but before it has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. Although we will make every effort to accommodate your request, please note that any cancellation made after the order has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover logistical costs.
For successfully canceled orders, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days depending on the original method of payment. If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card. Direct bank transfers will be refunded to the original bank account.
In some cases, particularly during special promotions or sales, additional terms and conditions on cancellations may apply. These will be clearly stated during the purchase process and reviewed upon order confirmation.

FORCE MAJEURE
Sailor’s Feast d.o.o. shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of any part of our services or delivery of our products due to events outside our reasonable control, commonly referred to as “force majeure” events. Such events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, wars, civil disturbances, terrorist attacks, governmental actions, pandemics, epidemics, fires, explosions, earthquakes, major environmental accidents, network failures, hardware failures, significant telecommunications or information services disruptions, and labor disputes that are not attributable to any act or failure to act by Sailor’s Feast d.o.o.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content displayed on the www.sailorsfeast.com website, including but not limited to text, graphics, trademarks (logos), icons, images, digital content, software, and any other material not specifically mentioned, is the exclusive property of Sailor’s Feast d.o.o. Users of the www.sailorsfeast.com website agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any textual, graphical, or visual elements of the Sailor’s Feast brand without explicit written permission from Sailor’s Feast d.o.o.
CHANGES
Sailor’s Feast d.o.o. reserves the right to modify any of the rules and regulations governing this site. These changes will affect the use of our site.
